Why MDC?
Modern Dance Collective (MDC) was created to be a positive, welcoming, and inclusive environment for all. As someone who lives with an autoimmune disease and can no longer dance the way I once could, I was inspired to create a space where anyone who wants to be a dancer has a place to belong.
As the owner, it is extremely important to me that MDC spreads a genuine love for dance and honors the unique journey of each individual. Opening my own studio has been a lifelong dream since I first began dancing, and I strive to be a positive, influential presence in the lives of the children who walk through our doors. While dedication and effort are important, I believe that being the best version of yourself matters most.
My goal is to offer thoughtfully designed classes tailored to different groups, including classes specifically suited for individuals with conditions like mine, such as POTS. I am passionate and competitive, and I pour my whole heart into the things I love. Through MDC, I hope to make a transformative impact on the dance community and show the world that dance is about more than trophies or titles — it’s about growth, passion, and connection.Modern Dance Collective
